Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your actions and preferences (such as login, language, and other display preferences) over a period of time so you don't have to re-enter them whenever you return to the site or browse from one page to another.

2. How We Use Cookies

We do not. mindliftapp.app sets no cookies at all — none for site functionality, none for analytics, and none for advertising, profiling, or third-party marketing. The site works without them, and the small amount of measurement we keep (section 2a) is an anonymous, cookie-free count of a few funnel events.

We set no analytics cookies. No third-party analytics script runs on this site, so there is nothing to accept or reject and no consent banner is shown.

2a. What Analytics Events We Collect (Anonymously)

Everything described in this section is collected anonymously. We record a small set of aggregated, cookie-free interaction events so we can see which content is useful. They are not tied to your name, your email, or any MindLift account, and we make no attempt to identify individual visitors from them. These events contain no message content, no reframes, and nothing you type into the app. The only events are:

Download funnel — when an app-download button is seen, clicked, or followed through to the App Store or Google Play, and on which page
Quiz outcomes — when a quiz is completed (which quiz and which result) or left before the end (which quiz and how far along)
AI-assistant referrals — whether a visit arrived from an assistant such as ChatGPT or Perplexity, and the page it landed on
Page speed — Core Web Vitals measurements with the page path, device type and connection type
Campaign links — only when you arrive through a link carrying a campaign tag (a ?c= parameter): the tag, your device type, and the referring site. Untagged visits are never logged.

Across all of these, an event carries only: the page path, the button or quiz it relates to, your device type (iOS, Android or desktop), your connection type (Core Web Vitals samples only), the address of the site that referred you, and a campaign tag when your link carried one. We record no location, no browser fingerprint and no identifier. We do not sell this data, and we do not combine it with any account or profile. Your quiz answers and any text you enter in the app are never included.

Some measurement happens without setting a cookie at all: we count how often our app-download buttons are seen and clicked, anonymously and with no identifier attached. Each count records only the page, the button, your device type (iOS, Android or desktop), and the referring site. Because nothing is stored on your device and nothing identifies you, these counts need no consent.

3. Types of Cookies We Use

None. The website has no login and no secure area, so it needs no essential cookies, and it runs no analytics or advertising scripts, so it sets no analytics or marketing cookies either.

4. Cookies We Set

mindliftapp.app sets no cookies, first-party or third-party. The measurement we keep uses no identifier and is described in section 2a.

Because we set no analytics cookies, there is no consent banner and nothing to opt in or out of. Essential functionality does not depend on any cookie choice.
